We had 9 interviews and we identified 4 different personas and finding their real problems
Understanding user behaviour was essential in understanding how to create a unified system that they will use. We culminated exploratory research to create a full picture of who the key personas are, their actual journeys and how they collaborate on a task and created the ideal journey map using the app.
How we resolve the problems?
SOLUTION: Code system that traces the product from arrival at the warehouse to its delivery
How to: understand the internal process of the company, the steps of the product, as well as the people involved in each phase:
- Each piece tracked individually and separately
- Full traceability of all products
- Prevent additional contaminated products from reaching consumers
- Combine product handling with coding in printed codes
Being able to track not only all the goods but the data attributes associated to each of those individual ingredients such as the manufacturer, lot, serial, expiration or who have manipulated the product until the arrival to the client.
SOLUTION: End-to-end business management solution which allows controlling their entire business from one place and within the framework of the new law
How to: Provides all the tools need to fully manage the business: tracking, contacts database & CRM, quoting and billing, a complete overview of their business.
In this phase, we tried to discover as many different ideas as possible. We defined solutions and create wireframes to map out the web app structure and page layouts. We had to come up with new ideas which at the end led to a better user experience.

SOLUTION: App creation for delivery workers
A key piece of this traceability system was the creation of an app that would allow delivery workers to use a smartphone instead of the heavy terminals used so far.
Another problem on the part of the distributors was that the user terminals could not send information in real time, once made their turn to return to the warehouse they had to export it manually.
For these reasons the idea of developing an app focused on them gained more strength as we interviewed them in the compression stage of the problem.
How to: Knowing first-hand their day to day could be established the main points of the app, each delivery would access the app where they would see their routes assigned as well as customers with their corresponding order. A simple app to use, the basis for the development of their work.
